Shortly afterwards a door to door salesman came to my door wanting to check the damage and give me an estimate. I accommodated him, but had an uneasy feeling about the business, so did not follow up with the offer. I then took the initiative to do some computer searches for roofing companies in my area. In the process I came upon Meschke Construction. Their informative and attractive website left a good first impression and I followed up with a phone call to make an appointment for a consultation. Within a few days, Matt confirmed the appointment time and came out to look over my project. It was a pleasure to meet with Matt--from the beginning his friendly, business like manner reflected a sense of integrity, ethics , attention to detail and trust. I knew that this was the company that would meet my expectations. As we worked through the process for the insurance reimbursement, work orders, scheduling of the construction crew and settling my account, I had the opportunity to meet others on the Meschke team-Jake, Luke, Greg, Katie, Craig all friendly, understanding, high performing individuals reflecting the same characteristics I had experienced with Matt. When the construction work crew arrived I was "blown away" by how hard they worked, their teamwork, attention to detail in doing the job and cleaning up.It was evident they took pride in their work; and did what has to be done while having fun and enjoying what they were doing. I had the benefit of listening to some good Latino music while they worked! I have had many compliments on the finished product. Thank you for your exceptional service.
