  We were very happy with the quick service call from Aqua. Our kitchen sink was struggling beyond what we could troubleshoot on our own. Although it was a bit spendy, we feel like it was reasonably priced given it was the first time we needed help in 13 years. They also provided advice on how to help maintain the drain, and made some suggestions about upgrading our garbage disposal.

  Aqua Wizards were great! Travis and Brandon were great. They worked very hard to get our water heater in the same day, as ours was leaking. They helped us understand the plumbing code and how to maintain our system. I would highly recommend!

  I called this company out to replace the hot and cold water connection underneath my kitchen sink. The individuals who came were nice helpful and knowledgeable. However, one week later, I noticed that there was A leak when I saw water dripping out from underneath my kitchen sink cabinet. I called the company the next morning they advised that someone would be able to come back out two days from then. The individuals who came out to the home, advised that it just needed to be tightened. They did not apologize or state to call back if there were further issues. They did not follow up to see if there was any water damage, they said nothing else and left. They just told me it needed to be tightened and walked out the doo!! when bringing my frustration with the situation to management, I was advised that management was on vacation and would return my call once they returned the following week. I never received said call, then a week later I called. I was advised they would have to call me back, a week later they never called, so I called again I was advised they would call me back and yet again another week after that they never called back so I called yet again still no call!! There has been no accountability. There has been no apology. I understandably had to take time away from work to let them into the home and discuss the original situation with them. However I had to call back and have them come out again to fix their mistake to miss work to drive back-and-forth. We are over a month in to the situation and management has yet to reach out or acknowledge the issue. Would I have recommended this company to others prior to the lack of job completion? Absolutely because my initial experience was seamless until they actually did not fully complete their job, they clearly did not do a water test to ensure that there was no leaks after the replacement. To add fuel to the fire management continues to ignore me! That reason alone is why I am on giving a review!

  We recently had our water heater replaced, and the guys who came to asses the situation were knowledgeable and extended their day longer than it already was to make sure we got the help we needed. They made a plan, then came by the next morning to replace it. The guys who came were efficient, kind, and clear in explaining what they did and what we may need help with in the future in our new home. It was an all around great experience!
