  Had to put in several days of personal labor, and additional loan to cover work that wasn't done right the first time. Initially kirk tried to blame landscaping, but that was in no way possible, because backfilling was missed between the building and connecting sidewalk (underneath cemented areas) and evenly around the entire building. Something we might not have noticed for years had not the ice/snow on our sidewalk stayed melted all winter long from our indoor floor heat. Phone calls messages have been answered, but he just kept making excuses, and haven't heard a thing from him regarding reimbursement for having to have insulation pumped around the entire building, and a sunken spot of cement inside the shop area. ( that was the most efficient way to remedy that error) Very happy with the building itself, but you really need to be around personally or have someone you can trust be onsight to make sure things are getting done right after this experience-
