He won't take a deposit to make you think you can trust him but he does it so he doesn't have to show up if he doesn't feel like it. Not taking payment upfront doesn't mean honesty and professionalism. To buy materials at Mendards the day before the job is easy. If you need a quality roofing services, honest company that you can rely on, this is not the company to hire. How is this guy still in business is beyond me. Save yourself time, money and energy on this guy, there are many other options in Grand Rapids area.

Had to slam on the brakes, very unprofessional representation of this company and I would never use them based on their irresponsible employees. Wow, talk to your employees.

Ken followed up right after the job on site with an inspection and again 2 months later to ensure our satisfaction. He was great to work with. 50 year warranty on the materials is great too! He worked with us and was very patient when we were choosing colors and set them on the roof so we could decide. Very happy with the roof and service!
