  I just went through my hot water heater breaking causing my basement to flood. I went to Carpet Bonanza for my new flooring. I had GREAT service there. Everyone from my Sales person---Nate Boeve( who knows his flooring) to my installers Thad, Chad, and Kurt. They all are very professional and did a GREAT job installing the carpet. I had to have a wood piece put in on the top of my steps and Tim Koster came and did that and did a good job. I recommend Carpet Bonanza for all your flooring needs.

  We had multiple issues with our carpet install, which was frustrating, but our salesperson at least tried to help and behaved professionally. The manager, on the other hand, wow. I've never dealt with someone who showed such open and unwarranted hostility towards a customer. It was truly unbelievable. I would not recommend giving this place your business.

  Bought a remnant for our library, and had one of their installers named Dave install it. Daves 67 and still working strong and did a great job. Thanks a bunch.

  Just wanted to write this review as somebody who is getting tired of the "support local" signs at these business's yet in my case I found the exact flooring online for $1200 less and when I asked Carla if they would at least match the price, her response was no and sorry it didn't work out! They didn't even offer to lower their price at all! So in Carpet Bonanza's case it's a one way street support local means supporting them but don't expect anything in return. One interesting side note a person that works for me bought flooring from them after they DID price match his online quote! So apparently they are selective with that policy. It's sad that the online company can lower their price over $1 a square foot and yet still feel they are making enough money from my purchase.

  When we went to look at carpet we were only shown $3 and more per sq ft product. When we showed the color of the floor to our salesperson we didn't feel she helped (she didn't help us select one that matched based on her expertise she just laughed and moved on -- no comment about what might work). After waiting for a measurement next week on Tuesday, we discover the salesperson doesn't work on Wednesdays and so we were hoping to speak to another person about our flooring on Wednesday. Someone who was extremely short with me came on the phone and offered me no help or explanation or option about going with someone else or discussing our flooring. I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. It felt like she was mad at me before I said a word! As first time carpet buyers we needed something different. Someone friendly that offered advice, took the time to ask about our budget, and were flexible with the salesperson wasn't able to work in our timeline. This was not the place.
