I get a text message asking me to rate his service? So he can call to say he is on his way, but can't call when he is here and no one answers the door? I have been attempting to get my heat fixed by these guys for two weeks! They installed my furnace and it is under warranty. They couldn't schedule me quickly originally when I called in time before I was leaving for vacation, they told me I had to call in for emergency service, but i had to call in after 5pm. I thought that ridiculous when I had a human on the phone right then, but ok. I called and the tech told me he'd be out after some other jobs. By 6am the next morning he was still a no show and I had to leave. No phone call from him saying he wasn't coming and no phone call to reschedule. And this place sent me a survey for me to rate them? Ridiculous. I am a highly DISSATISFIED customer who still has no heat! Terrible customer service! A horrible AI operator who takes your call as well.
