  I had a furnace check up and maintenance visit from Randazzo from a service man Sam Speed. He was very personable, pleasant and knowledgeable about the heating system. He spent ample time taking apart, checking and cleaning furnace. When he was finished, he explained everything he had done in detail. Very pleased with the visit and I continue to recommend the service of Randazzo Heating and Cooling.

  My technician was Matt. Matt was professional, pleasant and informative. He was thorough in explaining things whenever I had a question and thorough in recommending what to watch for and do as an ongoing maintenance I should do. Would recommend Matt and Randazzo team to anyone and everyone. This is not my first business interaction with Randazzo because Randazzo has consistently sent someone like Matt with near or equal professionalism. Thank you, Randazzo for maintaining such a qualified, experienced and helpful staff through the years.

  I can’t say enough about Mo, he was very pleasant and respectful. Mo walked me through the maintenance procedures he was performing on my HVAC system, he was very patient and thorough, making sure I understood my system while providing me tips to use it more efficiently. Mo did a great job, I’d love to have him for all my maintenance calls.

  Randazzo’s Kevin G. did a fantastic job with the installation and post installation questions. Drop-clothes were used to transport equipment through the home, Installation was completed The same day in a Michigan basement (small basement in a ~ 100 year old home which makes installation more challenging). After the work was completed, we went down to the basement and reviewed the work. He showed the operation of the equipment, where the documentation was (a surface mount document holder Randazzo has placed on the equipment for organization), talked about the filter, showed the location and provided information on the frequency to change it out. He was knowledgeable and patient, and answered all questions. Bravo! (I’d give Kevin 6 stars but the rating only goes to 5 stars).

  This visit was to correct recent furnace installation, following permit inspection by the township mechanical inspector. A water detection switch was installed on the floor. This switch is there to shut the system off in case of water overflow from the primary pan under the A/C coils. The inspection report required either a drain from the secondary pan located under the primary pan or a water detection switch in the primary pan drain. This is an up flow furnace, and this correction doesn’t solve the problem. Hence the correction is not complete. This was pointed out to Joseph Watson who installed the switch. He said that this is what he was directed to do. He is a nice guy who is very polite, careful, customer oriented and accomplished his task very well. It appears there was a miss understanding or interpretation of the inspection report, and will need a second visit to correct it properly. Everyone at Randazzo is customer oriented and very helpful. Our township inspector spoke highly of Randazzo service, and indicted that they will fix it. Our experience with this company and all its employees has been very positive. We will highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a new HVAC system or service to the existing system. We thank everyone at Randazzo for their help.
