  Had excellent service from RZ Salvatore Orlando this morning. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived on time, used tracker system for location, utilized foot covers and was professional and polite. He even taught us the correct replacement technique for humidifier filter. We are completely satisfied with Randazzo and its annual AC/furnace service plan. Have had it for years and will continue to trust them with our HVAC needs.

  Very happy with the customer service I received from Sean McConnell at Randazzo. He checked the furnace out very thoroughly and explained the Ecobee controls to me. I was having an issue with internet connection to Ecobee and thought I may need a new thermostat. Sean explained that I could disconnect from WIFI and the thermostat would still work. It would no longer be searching for a WIFI connection and problem was solved. Just a very nice and professional young man. I appreciate his patience with all of my questions.

  This visit was to correct recent furnace installation, following permit inspection by the township mechanical inspector. A water detection switch was installed on the floor. This switch is there to shut the system off in case of water overflow from the primary pan under the A/C coils. The inspection report required either a drain from the secondary pan located under the primary pan or a water detection switch in the primary pan drain. This is an up flow furnace, and this correction doesn’t solve the problem. Hence the correction is not complete. This was pointed out to Joseph Watson who installed the switch. He said that this is what he was directed to do. He is a nice guy who is very polite, careful, customer oriented and accomplished his task very well. It appears there was a miss understanding or interpretation of the inspection report, and will need a second visit to correct it properly. Everyone at Randazzo is customer oriented and very helpful. Our township inspector spoke highly of Randazzo service, and indicted that they will fix it. Our experience with this company and all its employees has been very positive. We will highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a new HVAC system or service to the existing system. We thank everyone at Randazzo for their help.

  I originally left a 1 star review, because I was outdone with a maintenance service call that left me with a inoperable humidifier. Randazzo reached out to me and made me whole. I can only leave 4 stars now because the issue should have been found in first service call, but I am happy that all is well now. I had randazzo install my furnace and a/c about six years ago because I heard they were a outstanding company i still feel that way.

  Humidifier is still leaking. I told the technician it wasn’t the filter, that the drain pipe was not working. He said that it was the filter, replaced the filter, charged for diagnostic and parts + labor. Humidifier Drain pipe is still backing up and leaking all over the floor. 1/31/26 - Randazzo responded right away and is sending someone out to take care of it. Their customer service has been excellent, will update this review after the follow up visit. 2/3/26 - Fixed right away, tech was on time, professional and friendly.
