  Justin Sophia was amazing! He was here when he said he would be. He was professional and kept us updated on how things were going. His installation was the best we have ever seen( and this is our third water heater-darn calcium). He moved things so that they wouldn’t be in the way of our furnace and access to the humidifier. He made sure we had drainage from the pan to the drain too. Best installation ever-seriously, we would ask for him again. And Phillip who also came was kind, and friendly and helpful by answering questions. Full explanation of everything when they were done and great clean up!

  Robinaire was recommended to me years ago if I ever needed service on my HVAC system and the company did not disappoint.   I had a great experience with Robin Aire. Our furnace wasn’t coming on, so I gave them a call and was told someone would be out same day. Within 15 minutes, I received a call stating that a technician, John, was on his way! He quickly diagnosed the issue, went to pick up the necessary part, and had everything up and running in no time. John was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, what needed to be replaced, and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. I really appreciated how efficient, knowledgeable and thorough he was throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Robin Aire — excellent service from start to finish!

  They’ve service - general maintenance - both my boiler and generator and both technicians have been so pleasant. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that makes you feel like family. Businesses like this are so rare to find anymore.

  I have been a Robin Aire Customer for years and it has been my pleasure. The Staff is very nice. From the people who man the phones to the people who perform the services, I found them each to be very good at what they do. Special tip of the hat to Mike (Sales) who has had my back since day one. The prices are competitive and fair. I have been enrolled in the annual preventative maintenance program and recently purchased a new furnace and ac unit. I knew I was in good hands so it made things a lot easier. Everything went smoothly and was done to perfection. I highly recommend Robin Aire and give them a big thumbs up in addition to my appreciation. Thank you for taking care of me.
