You can tell he really cares about doing the job right and making sure both the homeowner and the dog are set up for success. The installation was seamless, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend asking for Matthew if you’re getting an invisible fence—he made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

We just rescued a new puppy and called to see if they could train them on the existing fence. They setup a schedule and have already started. Emily did a great job with our puppy and training is going wonderfully. I love how each collar is tailored for the dog, not a one size fits all solution. The fence has never failed, even through Michigan winters. It's a great product with great people!

He reflagged our yard to make sure our dogs could get appropriately reacquainted with the boundary. My dogs were overly excited when he came in and he was fine with it. Easy breezy experience.
