As a business, we invested in a generator to be a backup in power outage situations so that we can continue to service our customers. This system is only a couple of years old and we follow the regular maintenance schedule. We are experiencing a power outage and now our backup generator has a broken part crippling our business. Wolverine Power has provided NO answers and NO service - and worst of all they do NOT have the part we need! The service professional that came out to assist sat in our lounge for an hour watching YouTube videos. Do Not Use this company!!
