One of the reasons I continue to call them is the professionalism that each tech has shown when they’ve been to my house. Darius was the tech who came to our house to service our water heater on 1/9/26. Darius like each technician before him was wonderful. Very professional, great communication, and walked me through what was wrong, the cost, and the time it would take for the job. Robin Aire has done a phenomenal job with hiring techs who really make the consumer feel safe and informed about the job they are doing.
