- TMTim McGuireDec 8, 20251.0Disappointed with service. During installation, the internet was cut requiring a service call to my internet provider. One year in and the collar already broke requiring a $200 service fee to fix. Considering the large initial investment, the service was been subpar.

Our trainer, Troy W has been great with our two puppies. He’s been patient and made multiple trips to the house, each time making progress. Overall, we give 5-stars very infrequently, but this experience deserves it. We would recommend to anyone in the market for a containment system!
