Our designer and project manager, Colleen, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, especially as our construction timeline fluctuated. She was always quick to respond to texts and calls and helped guide us through selecting flooring for our entire home, including hardwood, carpet, and luxury vinyl. The installation team did a fantastic job. They were professional, timely, and took great care to clean up thoroughly before leaving each day. The overall experience was smooth and well-coordinated, and we are very happy with both the process and the final results. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent service.
