  If I could leave a zero star, that would be more appropriate. Massively overcharged, less than professional relationships with their contractors that communicate with home owners. Dishonest when it comes to quoting, had to negotiate with our GC because their management and ownership there is not on the same page. Work quality was great! Company structure is a disaster.

  Colleen was very helpful when we went to the showroom to look for carpet. Her recommendations were spot-on and she has a great eye for design and quality while also sticking to a budget.

  Top Notch. Quality Carpet and Excellent Installer. We had them completely redo our basement after water damage and our upstairs after a fire. They were prompt and professional both times. They great work on the stairs.

  Great products, and we had a very talented installer. However, the whole customer service was the WORST I have ever had to deal with. Didn’t honor dates, didn’t return calls, and didn’t care. Owner was no more responsive than their sales force (which didn’t care either). I would never deal with them again, and would recommend that you don’t deal with them either. If I could rate them lower, I would.
