  Hardwood Headquarters exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We had Chelsea plank installed on our entire main floor and we could not be happier! Communication was top notch with HHQ. All of our questions were answered and they never made us feel like an inconvenience. They are super knowledgeable in their work and we trusted all their recommendations. Expectations were clear and the crew was always on time. We were very impressed with the crews workmanship and they were always hard at work and courteous. As messy as this job can be, HHQ made sure the job was tidy. It was a pleasure working with HHQ and I would highly recommend them.

  We had CoreTec LVP flooring installed on our main floor, stairs, and loft installed by Hardwood Headquarters and would highly recommend them to anyone! David came over to measure and show us some flooring samples and even dropped off a box of full length planks the next day so we could make a better decision! Jason, Solomon, Chase, and Josh did an absolutely fantastic job with the installation. Jason also did an amazing job installing the stairs and fixing previous squeaks. They started promptly every day and cleaned up every day before they left. It truly was a pleasure working with this company. Professional and top quality work! The 5-star reviews they receive are well deserved!

  They were very knowledgeable about flooring. They did a beautiful job. I had Chelsea plank installed and love it. Their workmanship is unparalleled. If you are considering hardwood floors choose Chelsea Plank (made in Michigan) and Hardwood Headquarters to install.

  We had our kitchen floor installed by Hardwood Headquarters and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Fair prices and top quality work. David came over to measure and we had difficulty choosing the color and type of flooring, so he gave us a couple manufacturers websites to look for color options that we wanted to look at samples. David arranged for multiple samples of full length planks that allowed us make our final choice. Jason did a fantastic job installing the new flooring, including replacing the old luan with new, leveling areas that were not flat, and totally eliminated all the squeaky areas. Great job!

  I don't have a single complaint with Hardwood Headquarters. They did a great job and everyone on the team went above and beyond. I started by requesting a quote on their website, and David called me the very next day, then came out a few days after that to measure. From there David scheduled the install just a few weeks out. We might have gotten lucky there, David did mention they had some cancels that opened up some time for them. Eric and Chase came and installed the flooring and did such a thorough and careful job. I'm used to contractors cutting small corners here and there, but I can't find a single thing that was fudged. Eric even noticed a small section of wall was missing its molding and he was able to find a matching piece to put there. Finally Jason did the stairs and did a great job as well. We are very happy with our new hardwood floor and would definitely work with Hardwood Headquarters again.
