I told them never mind, not interested once I finally got in touch with them. We went into the store and my husband decided they had exactly what we wanted. So I agreed. Long story short, it took 3 tries to get the flooring in properly and looking somewhat decent. Because the installers were smart alecks that wanted to talk smack in Arabic, I was furious- told them to gather there things and get out. We were already mostly installed and just wanted to be done with this process so I agreed to have them back to fix the issues. They came back and resolved everything, plus reimbursed some of the cost of the installation, but I will never go back. Bob and Hassan did rectify our concerns. Floor looks good, but not worth the hassle of dealing with them again.
