Our residential showroom was created in an effort to make buyers get a true feel for what they’re looking to purchase. Stop by our showroom for a no-hassle, pressure-free demonstration. Many doors are available in stock, but we also have weekly deliveries, so lead times are generally very short on special orders. And unlike other door companies, we do not charge extra for nonstandard products, such as color options or special sizes. Low headroom, window options are available without a special order-up charge.

The technician, Houston, showed up on time, was super professional, and knocked the whole job out way faster than I expected. He was friendly, answered all my questions, cleaned up everything, and the new door works and looks perfect. Honestly one of the smoothest home-service experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend Overhead Door to anyone, and Houston especially made it a great day. Five stars all the way! 🚪✨

Garage door would not function properly when they left, charged hour n half, after the quote was denied they refused to refund the $120, and only refunded $105 of the $360 bill. Owner and secretary both rude and hung up multiple times

These techs went above and beyond to be sure the replacement springs were working properly after they replaced a broken spring. As luck would have it, our old Genie door opener was also in need of repair/replacement. The techs offered immediate turn around time by scheduling install of a new garage door opener the following day (Friday), but because of a prior commitment, the install will be scheduled for Saturday instead. I recommend Overhead Door West!
- CSCasey SoldanApr 22, 20195.0I called with a broken spring system back in February. They came out the next day and fixed it. Way less money than the other companies. I did have an issue though the garage wouldn’t shut right after the spring system was installed . I called back the next day and they sent somebody out the next day and took care of the problem.
