Finishing Touch Hardwood was born in 2004 when Gary saw a chance to do his own 'creative style' (seeing each floor as a piece of art), educating customer's and seeing their faces when the job was done. Gary (who has 26 years of experience) has been featured in the National Hardwood Floor Magazine when he worked for MasterCraft. Now there are four crews to service all of Southeastern Michigan.

The overall level of quality that stands out with our finished floors is very hard to come by these days. They are extremely skilled! From the initial quote to the finished product, Gary was honest, fair, and customer focused. On day one I had an initial concern with some cleanliness in areas of our home not being worked on. Gary immediately took accountability and drove customer satisfaction from there. That alone, is why I will come back to Finishing Touch for all my flooring needs and why I will recommend them to anyone. Seeing our finished floors for the first time solidified why we chose Gary and his team. We are still in awe everyday we look at them!

Gary has been extremely responsive from the time he quoted the project until it's been finished. Dave and Andre were the crew who did the work and they were professional, friendly and accommodating. They were able to move our furniture out which was a huge lifesaver. We were unsure of the color we wanted and they brought 6 stains out so we could see them on the actual floor. There was hardly any dust throughout the project and they were very reasonably priced for our job. We would highly recommend this company!
