I called this morning about a small issue with my fridge’s water and ice maker line, and they had Wes and Connor out to my house within three hours. That alone impressed me — such quick service! From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The issue turned out to be a minor adjustment to the water line above my furnace, and they handled it quickly and efficiently. What really stood out, though, was how willing they were to go above and beyond. They patiently answered all of my questions and even helped me troubleshoot my water dehumidifier, which hadn’t been working properly. They didn’t rush — they genuinely cared about making sure everything was working as it should. Since Douglas installed my water softener last March, I also asked if they happened to have an extra water filter in their truck (the kind that needs replacing every year). Not only did they had one, but they sold it to me and installed it on the spot in under five minutes. That level of preparedness and customer care is rare! I also want to give a big shout-out to Brenda in the office. She was so sweet and helpful when I called this morning and even offered to contact the plumbers directly for me. That kind of customer service makes all the difference. Fair pricing, fast response time, knowledgeable and friendly staff — this is a great company. I’m so glad I called them today. Highly recommend Douglas Water Conditioning, and especially Wes and Connor!
- WBWill BonamFeb 24, 20265.0I had an excellent experience with Douglas Water Conditioning in Waterford. We needed a high-quality water solution, and they delivered exactly what we were looking for. Our installer, Jason, was top-notch. He installed the ERO 385 RO system, which looks great against our stainless steel sink. Beyond the sink, he ran the RO line to our refrigerator, so we finally have purified water and ice cubes on tap. What really impressed me was the extra effort on the plumbing. Our kitchen cold water was originally bypassed/hard, but Jason rerouted the piping so the entire kitchen sink now runs on softened water. No more hard water spots or scale buildup on our fixtures! The entire job was completed in about two hours. Jason was professional, tidy, and very knowledgeable. If you want a company that understands the nuances of home water chemistry and plumbing, I highly recommend Douglas Water.
