  Scheduled them for a sewer scope on 1/16/26—never showed up, never called. Completely unreliable, especially during a time-sensitive home buying process. I just double checked my call log and the number is the same as this company, so I do have the right company regarding this review. I called on 01/14/26 @ 4:27 and scheduled my sewer scope for 01/16/26 between 3 - 4pm. I tried calling them at 3:58 on 1/16/26 and left a voicemail and never heard back.

  I had an excellent experience with Frost & Kretsch Plumbing! Their technician, Chad Martin, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire service visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Dave was also fantastic to work with when it came to selecting the perfect replacement toilet. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, helping us find exactly what we needed without any hassle. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. If you're looking for reliable, professional plumbing service, I would highly recommend Frost & Kretsch Plumbing for any plumbing services or issues you may have!

  This people are Scem. I told them what I need . They said they can do it . There come out charge is 125$ when they came they said they don’t do this kind of job . So I had to pay him 125 $ just because he came . My question is if u unable to the job I told then why did you send ur guys . Just to collect money … for this is very easy Scem .. please be carful with this people
