My 85 year old neighbor needed repairs done to a saggy gate so I called Mr Fence and was responded to in a very timely and professional manner, Tom came to check out the gate and quickly explained what the problem was. Entirely unprompted he just fixed the hinge right on the spot and wouldn't take payment for helping my neighbor with her gate. He wouldn't leave the problem without fixing it. "I wasn't raised that way" was what he told us both. I can't express how grateful we both are for his help and for proving that there are still good people out there in the world. I would absolutely refer Mr Fence to everyone looking to have a fence or gate installed.
