- SBSusan BiggsOct 23, 20252.0I called Frost & Kretsch because of their great reviews and they were able to give me an appointment between 12-2. Technician showed up and didn't introduce himself. I showed him what was going on in the basement. I explained my pipes are lined. He pulled up the cleanouts in the basement and said there's your problem the flapper was dislodge. He brought a piece of snake down and pushed it with his hands and said its flowing. He was ready to go and my husband and I said what about outside. He said there's no way of really telling unless we camera it but that is going to cost more. We told him we have a clean out in the front yard and asked him if he could check it to make sure? He took off the cover to see and the water wasn't flowing. He then snaked out to the main but told us he got 60 feet out and couldn't get past the tie. He said there's nothing else he can do and started packing up! I asked what can we do now? He said his job is finished and asked how I am paying. $229.00 later and not fixed! He then told me they could jet out the line but that was going to cost another $1300+. I asked if they could do it slow to avoid damaging the line? He said yes but left after I paid him. We are definitely not satisfied!!! I have had other plumbers out here before that didn't leave us hanging. He didn't clean up the floor by the indoor clean outs when he was done, he just got his money and left. Will not be using this company again! (My husband cleaned up the floor before I could take pictures)
