  Richard’s & Swift Roofing did a great job for a reasonable price. They also did vinyl siding repair for us. They were here by 8:30 am and cleaned and done by 5;30pm. Would definitely recommend them!!! We are very happy with the work they did on our home. Thank you Richard’s & Swift Roofing!!

  Last fall I needed a new roof, I also needed tree limbs trimmed before the roof could be replaced. Jim recommended a great place for the tree limb removal, he has connections because he has been doing this for a long time. I was so pleased with my beautiful new roof that I left the Richards & Swift lawn sign in my yard until winter, I wanted everyone in the neighborhood know I was happy with Jim and his amazing team.

  We had a new roof installed this winter by Richards & Swift Roofing and had a great experience. Even with the cold weather, the crew worked quickly and efficiently, and the job was completed faster than expected without sacrificing quality. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept us updated on scheduling and the entire process felt organized and professional. Cleanup was thorough, and everything looks fantastic. Highly recommend Richards & Swift if you’re looking for a reliable, communicative roofing company — even in the middle of winter.
