- DDDan6 days ago1.0Reached out for a quote and had a disappointing experience. Shawn was rude, unprofessional, and overly aggressive. He pushed additional services and fees, and even after I declined, continued to follow up in a very pushy way. I would not recommend.

Shawn Hickson came out on short notice to correct the problem. Going back a couple years Shawn and his partner replaced and upgraded my service panel. They did an excellent job doing that so I knew they would be able to fix my current problem. Shawn immediately found the problem, and explained in detail how my circuit is wired, unbeknownst to me a GFI plug was tripped. Not realizing it was part of the circuit that wasn’t working I had a great learning experience from Shawn. He spent his time coming to my home, after a phone call this morning on what I would term short notice and performed the fix without charging me a service charge. I would not hesitate to have any electrical work done by Shawn and Landmark Electrical.
