  Matt arrived on time, allowed us to explain to him what we wanted. Which was electrical outlets and pluggs updated. He looked at the project gave us a quote, we excepted the quote and he completed the job. Hevalso did a whole house inspection at no cost to us. We have additional things that we would like to have done at a later time and he gave us a quote for that as well. We will definitely be calling him back. I highly recommend him.

  Blake came out and did a furnace tune-up for me. I really wanted my house humidifier to work and he was able to get that going. He was friendly and thorough and took the time to teach me a few maintenance tips that will keep my furnace and humidifier running efficiently. I'd give him and Hoover 10 stars if that was an option. I highly recommend them both.

  As newer residents in Macomb, we've had to find our way without knowing any service vendors. We're So Grateful we called Hoover when we had a partial power outage, and it occurred during the holidays - No Problem for Hoover! They sent Brendan, a highly knowledgeable electrician, who discovered the source of the problem, and replaced it all in an hour on New Year's Eve. Hoover has excellent dispatching response times and an extensive year-long warranty that provides for several annual inspections of everything from the drainsto the AC and furnace, flush of the hot water heater, etc. We're very happy to highly recommend Hoover!

  My experience with Eric and Hoover Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was excellent. He addressed the necessary repairs and completed a thorough safety inspection that was included with the service call. While there are a few additional items that need attention, there was no pressure to have them fixed immediately since they were not major safety concerns. Eric Wedin was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be having them return and would highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

  I cant recommend. They sent Ryan to my house to trouble shoot why my Bryant furnace shut down. Before he arrived I looked at the furnace and discovered a simple broken wire on the harness that plugs into the blower motor. After Ryan trouble shoots the problem he tried to up sell me on $2500 worth of parts telling me my blower motor and flame sensor needed replacing. Then he tried up sell me on a membership. After his departure I paid another Bryant authorized furnace company to come out and trouble shoot the problem and do a complete inspection of the furnace. The furnace and all components checked out just fine and all I needed was a $200 wire harness that they ordered and installed. After the wire harness was installed I specifically asked the new tech if the blower motor or flame sensor had any issues and he said no. And just to be double sure I paid yet another Bryant authorized furnace company $89 to come out and do an inspection and see if that furnace was operating properly and after running diagnostics I was told all functions were operating normal and it needed nothing. All I can say is if you use this company be aware and use good discretion. No doubt in my mind techs are trained for the up sell.
