  I have nothing but compliments to both this company and the two technicians that came out to conduct repairs. I lost power to half of my house and gave Hoover a call. They had Gage come out the same day and ascertain the issue and give an estimate. It was so much lower than I expected! Today, Gage and William came out and power is restored. They were professional and kind and explained everything to me before they did it. Communication with both the office staff and the technicians was phenomenal. I will be using them again and highly recommend them!

  Used hoover previously a few months back for a furnace, so we called them again when the water heater needed to be replaced. Kyle came out this time with the same as the previous employees having a professional friendly and informative conversation of all from start to finish. Kyle also needed extra patience with me as I went back and forth. The end result, thus far, very pleased with my new water heater and and my choice in using Hoover EPH again.

  I would give 10 stars if possible! Within 24 hours, this wonderful company has helped us greatly! Mike F is beyond wonderful! He was efficient and gave the BEST customer service, even responding to texts after hours (an ultimate LIFESAVER)!!! Our technicians (Trevor and Fritz) were prompt, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and overall pleasant to work with!!! If we were not moving out of state, I would use this company for every service they offer! I have shared your info with our amazing realtor and she will be recommending you, as well!! THANK YOU!!!!!

  I had a broken toilet that needed to be replaced very quickly. I called and they sent someone to my house to provide an estimate, and had a new toilet on site and replaced all within 4 hours of me placing my call, and the cost was several hundred dollars less than what I anticipated. They even texted me a picture and short bio of the guy they were dispatching so I knew who to expect. Couldn't be any happier. 5 stars, easy.

  Being a first time home owner this was the first time needing a service like this and I was very impressed. The patience and knowledge that the teach Dalton and his apprentice displayed was what I needed. Dalton explained everything and answered every question my wife and I had. He sold me on the VIP package and I have free inspections scheduled for my plumbing and furnace. As a home owner I highly recommend this company and Dalton.
