Ask for at least a photo of what was installed - they sent a photo. Several days past since I gave the go ahead, I thought about a towel rack, I asked and was told told too late as the manufacturer has already tempered the glass! Maybe if you had an experienced sales rep with sales materials I could have got my towel rack. Other than this, it was installed on time with little issues
