  After a rocky start with lack of communication and transparency with Bobby, that changed completely when Scott Mastrofini took over. He communicated EVERYTHING to us and was very open about the process, setting expectations and recommendations as we went along. He was very knowledgeable and watching him work was impressive - the attention to detail and cleanliness made the whole project very easy for us. Beautiful kitchen and I can’t express how happy I am with the outcome.

  This was my own personal experience. Meet with Bobby the sales person. Nice understood what I was looking for. Invited me to his beautiful showroom I thought I was in good hands boy was I wrong. Off the get go he measured my cabinets wrong then proceeded to lie and say they don’t make the width of cabinets I needed and just use gap fillers. Until I caught him in the lie when he ordered the correct size for just one of them. I asked why they don’t make the correct size for all of them lo and behold they do and I got the right ones in a month later. The wrong ones ordered are still in my garage. 2 they measured a phantom 4 square inch’s of counter tops and wanted me to pay extra for it even tho it didn’t exist. after I re measured myself i insisted the the counter top people were correct not Bobby and ace’s measurements. 3 Bobby insisted that a pedestal sink would be great fit for my small bathroom and a vanity would be way to big way wrong pictures included. and btw I had to go out and get the vanity, the crap he ordered is still in my garage. The crown jewel of Bobby was ordering me a glass shower door that I couldn’t walk into without ducking to enter. His response was that’s standard and I would need custom glass and would cost 2000 dollars to get. I ordered the correct one on Home Depot for 800 dollars and had our builder install it. We had our kitchen and bath being done together and and they thought only one person and 3 months of time was ok, laughable. My bathroom floors are already coming up grout uneven everywhere. Paint left all over fixtures, floor molding not even coming close to the floors gaps everywhere, Door casing cut to hell and just globbed a bunch of grout in the gaps that’s already broken. Just a overall horrible experience I regret it everyday calling this company, I now have to get a real company out here to finish everything of what’s been a nightmare. I’ve read other comments and if they say they have no record of me I have texts and records from the 3 months of hell Bobby and his company put me threw. If I can stop just one person from using this company I’ve done my Job please do your research a beautiful showroom and a smooth talker don’t equate to a good remodel. If anyone wants to see what ace can do for you come by my house and see it first hand. These pictures are brand new I’m not even kidding my final walk threw is scheduled for the week of 1/17/26
