  Rex and his team did an AMAZING job on our home siding project . They were a pleasure to work with and do fabulous clean work . I would highly recommend Northshore exteriors!

  No gimmicks, no disappearing halfway through the job, just a team that showed up and did excellent work! The craftsmanship is obvious, the communication is solid, and the final result looks awesome.

  Nate was sent out from Northshore Exteriors Roofing, LLC., to inspect our roof for a roof leak around a heater a previous owner had installed. Nate went above and beyond with water testing, additional silicone repairs and tar all around areas we thought we had an issue. Turned out we had obviously suffered more hail damage to the vent pipe than we realized and or at this point was just regular wear from the hard Winters we have since the new roof install in 2023. In any case the HVAC people were called immediately and we went on to replace the entire heater vent pipe, cap, collar and elbow attached inside to our like new garage heater. Thanks to Nate, he advised calling our insurance company and reviewing our original hail claim for the roof and making sure we didn’t take on any additional expenses we didn’t need to. Very thankful for Nate’s repeated his visits before and after Team Bob’s total replacement of all parts that were damaged, so our garage heater does not allow any outside rain to ever find its way in again.

  Well, I gave the company 5 stars right after they installed my new roof in late spring 2025 because they said all the right things to assure me that my house would never have another leak. Since then I found where the shingles that were installed that needed to be cut to fit a certain spot, well the strait cut was cut with a scoop and showed all the nails that were used, nice and shiny, and this was all away across a 28' space. Then I had horrible leaks, some where it leaked before and a new leaks that I've never had before and they came out once this winter to try to get the ice and snow off which helped, initially, but then the leaks continued. They were going to come out to repair the issues but came out with photos of the ice shield underlayment and they said that was done right so therefore there is nothing more they will do. WHAT? They didn't even go up on the roof to check and all they said was if it didn't leak when it rained it was installed properly. I spent $48,000 dollars on this job, bought the 50 year warranty and that's what I get? Well, we'll see what they get from me...luckily for me, my twin brother is an attorney and so is his wife and I'm just getting started. They were all sweet talk when they wanted the sale and were onsite telling me what a great job they do and how I'd never need to worry again. Once they received their money...they were done and now they're never coming back...and I bought that 50 year warranty...WHAT FOR??? WOW !! I would not recommend this company. And the real kicker is they send out one of the guys that does the repair work to give me this news, not the sales person that got that nice commission, not one of the owners, not the person that was on the site for about a week...they give the job to the newer repair person. I guess because I'm a single woman they figure I didn't deserve anything more and that I'd just take it...well, they don't know me. Good Luck to them.

  Last year they put all new shingles on my house and did a fantastic job! So this year I called Jake and asked if they could price out siding to redo the house. I spoke with him in February and he asked what my timeline was, I told him was hoping to have it done before June so it was completed before my son’s birthday. Fast forward a couple months and the completed the job already (mid April) and did an amazing job (no surprise.) I uploaded the original blue siding as well as the new green for reference! I highly recommend Northshore for any project you have that they offer! 10/10
