- KKKimNov 9, 20235.0I just got off the phone with a woman named Lacy(not sure of the spelling) and she was an absolute doll!! I have not been able to light my fireplace for 3 years and she stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes talking me through it! She had me send pictures while she did her own research to see how it worked since it's an older model. She even put up with my unhinged screaming when I opened the chimney and about 50 stinkbugs fell out. We were 100% successful and she walked me through prices to have some one come and clean it up and replace the sand. She even offered to give me a key since I wasn't sure where mine was. If the rest of their team is like her then I strongly recommend them for everything!!
