  Bret did an amazing job in our kitchen. 20 years later, he installed cabinets in our garage - his workmanship is superb. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

  Moved into our new condo in Traverse City, Michigan in Jan of 2018. Our builder didn’t ask us if we wanted pull out drawers for our cabinets, so we went to Creative Kitchens, because they installed our new cabinets. We went In and ordered all of our pull out drawers with the understanding they would be delivered to our home, and would be installed after their arrival. They were delivered shortly afterwards and came in several large boxes that we kept in our living room. After several months went by (3 months after initial delivery) and multiple phone calls and multiple promises of installation, I loaded the pull outs in my husbands truck and unloaded them, with the help of two employees of Creative Kitchens at the front of the store. What a disappointment after this company had installed our original cabinets! If you do business with Creative Kitchens with the promise of any type of installation, beware, and get your request in writing. We wish we had!

  Friendly and helpful. If you are used to working with high piced designers with impressive image, then this may not be the place for you. This organization is focused on value and customer service. I would give htem a Best Buy ranking.
