Jake came out within the appointed time and he was so courteous and friendly and headed right to work. He discovered and fixed a small leak and even installed my Nest thermostat in a few quick steps. Jake answered every question patiently, and understood I was new to home maintenance. Comfort Heating is now the only company I will call for any future HVAC needs.
