  We were in need of a septic system pumping (~1,000 gallons) and general inspection. Called Brad's Septic & Sewer Service and didn't need to go anywhere else. The office staff was courteous and professional, and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Brad, the owner, showed up on-time and was so extremely kind, helpful, and thorough. He spent time locating the tank lid, explained the process and typical system operation, and answered all of our questions. They will be back to install a riser to better access the lid during future cleanings. The price was great, the service was exceptional, and Brad and his team are a pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

  If you want the job done right call Brad! He and his team are great. Very knowledgeable, hard working and prices are reasonable. I will not call anyone else.

  I recently encountered a septic issue, and I was pleasantly surprised when Brad, the owner of the company, arrived within just 30 minutes. His promptness was impressive, and his service was truly top-notch. As someone who has never owned a septic system before, I appreciated how patiently he took the time to explain the system to me. His thoroughness and expertise made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by this great company!

  I contacted Brad’s Septic Service late yesterday afternoon (Friday) because there was a high water alarm going off on my pump tank. The office said that Brad could be out this morning to pump my tanks and fix the problem. Brad is knowledgeable and he and his crew responded out first thing in the morning to pump my tanks, install a new pump and floats, and installed two risers on my tanks. They spent half a day at my house and did a wonderful job. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the response and work that was completed. Thank you so much to Brad and his crew. He will be my first call from now on for anything septic related.

  Brads is nothing short of exceptional! We had an extremely high priority case-2 weeks ago our toilets and tub backed up and our pipes under the sinks were gushing water. Our dishwasher and washer stunk to high heavens. We were unable to “live” in our home for 2 weeks, called multiple companies and they came out saying that 1. There was nothing they could do and/or 2. It would be a thousands of dollars job because they didn’t know what avenue to pursue. Thankfully, I hopped on google after many tears (we haven’t even lived here 6 months and it’s our first home!) and found Brads. I called and emailed, and within 20 minutes they replied and listed us as a high priority. We understood they had multiple people ahead of us and couldn’t get out here until Tuesday (9/23) but gave us a list of things to do to prepare. Today is Friday (9/19) and Ben called us this morning and said he could be here in a half hour. He came out, knew exactly what needed to be done, removed our toilet, put an auger through the pipes, found the cause of the issue (a very old stump and roots) and was able to get our home up and operating once again within 1.5 hours. Not to mention, he talked my boyfriend through everything, walked us through our next steps to avoid this from happening again (some more work, but it’s worth it!) and the pricing was so extremely reasonable. We can now go back to living in our home! We cannot thank Ben and the team at Brad’s enough for not only their empathy, but their timeliness, customer service, and compassion. We will be lifelong customers and recommend their services to anyone who needs Septic and Sewer help!!
