  This company provided exceptional service over the phone by the owner Brad. He explained everything over the phone and got the information he needed to help diagnose our problem and to ensure that they would be able to fix it. The next day his employee Ben came over on time and was able to fix the problem in very cold weather. Our pipe was frozen under our driveway and he was able to jet it out with water from the ditch where it drained into from our sump pump. Ben was patient and thoroughly explained everything that he was doing and why it needed to be done. The service was provided within 24 hours of the phone call that we made to the company. I highly would recommend this company!

  Replaced main cast iron drain in the house to the toilet flange as well. Really really good price I've used them since I bought my house in 2017 brad and all the workers are gentlemen. Highly recommend them for any septic and plumbing work. I don't think there u will find a cheaper price unless you do the work yourself.

  Brad is the best. The cast iron from inside the house to the septic was all rotted. The replaced that and all the pluming under the house in record time. Very reasonable price. Great work. Everything looks awesome and no more leaks. Thank you Brad

  We were in need of a septic system pumping (~1,000 gallons) and general inspection. Called Brad's Septic & Sewer Service and didn't need to go anywhere else. The office staff was courteous and professional, and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Brad, the owner, showed up on-time and was so extremely kind, helpful, and thorough. He spent time locating the tank lid, explained the process and typical system operation, and answered all of our questions. They will be back to install a riser to better access the lid during future cleanings. The price was great, the service was exceptional, and Brad and his team are a pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
