Several months to arrange for part, an unprofessional tech claimed he told his super he didn't know how to perform job, yet was sent anyhow. Left behind debris, bent door, frame, did damages, then claimed unfixable. Do not reccomend.

I think Town & Country Door put my first garage door in my house 20 years ago and then maybe replaced it about seven years ago and whenever a spring has broken they’ve been out here same day and got me out of my garage and on the go again. Can’t say enough about town and country door and how quick they are to jump into action and fix things and I feel like their prices are reasonable and fair. They’ve also installed my father‘s garage door a number of my friends and fixed my neighbor’s garage door across the street when his spring broke.
- MCMike C.Oct 28, 20255.0Called late Friday afternoon for a broken garage door cable causing the door to be stuck halfway down and on an angle. I was afraid I may need a new door. They couldn't come out that night (only negative but it was late in the day), but Frank came out first thing Saturday. Within about an hour Frank had fixed everything... replaced the cables, a bracket and roller, and tightened, adjusted and lubed everything on the door and opener. It's quieter than ever and working perfectly. Plus Frank's a good guy to talk to. A++, very happy.
