- GJGojo JogoApr 2, 20261.0NOT SERIOUS ABOUT BUSINESS Had someone come out for a site visit to tell me which walls were structural and to give me a stamped drawing. They did the structural assessment then ghosted. I called and some guy was like "I'll figure it out" then never reached back to me. I called a couple more times, emailed etc but no response. They just got a free house tour ig. The initial visit was weeks ago. Thanks for telling me which walls are structural for free though, that helped. They wanted me to pay IN FULL up front...glad I didn't. Maybe they'll respond to this, that'll be funny.

In one instance he indicated that the repairs would be extensive and our client backed out of the purchase. On another, he provided remedies that the buyer chose to take on and for the third the property was declared structurally sound.
- JJJohnnyrapajDec 14, 20251.0Used them to design simple pre engineered trusses, they designed something else that no one could make, and on top of them they delayed me 3-4 months kept lying everyday that they will have it ready even though originally they said 2 weeks tops which was a main reason I went with them because I was on a time crunch. They took full payment as well and won’t give money back. They said they could help me accomplish my design still and said they were going to come on the jobsite but never came through. Even after calling 100 times. Highly don’t recommend, not professional and worst of all liars and not honest people.
