Got me such a great price and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Did not feel pressured at all. Installation day went so much better then I thought as well. JOSH and MARTY were right on time and made me feel so comfortable. Walked them in and showed them everything. And they went to work. Both guys were so friendly and so pleasant. I would have never known they were there except for the new furnace in the old ones place, they cleaned up everything. I do and will definitely recommend McQuade and their awesome crew to any I know. 10/10 recommend.

They got my furnace running again while new parts were ordered. Furnace then died a 2nd time and again Mcquade sent someone out same day with the new parts. Bonus: a human answers the phone there! Special shout out to Dominic and Scott for the great service.

- MMMichael MolendaOct 13, 20251.0Got furnace error code in the morning. Furnace 6 months old that they installed with 10 years parts and labor. Asked them to call me and discuss the error code. Instead the technician came in, told me error code means dirty filter and charged me $200 for the trip. No warning that there might be a charge. He said he had to run diagnostics to make sure it all OK. Maybe. Still something does not feel right big time. Make your own judgement if that's the way their customer for 25 years should be treated.
