They came out same day after the plumbers left and cleared the pipe blockage. Chris made sure it smelled like nothing ever happened and brought a dehumidifier personally to help dry the damp floor. It’s an unfortunate thing to happen but they were great to work with! The best part is they will help submit information for my insurance claim!
