  Geno was very thorough when he did our estimate. Unlike the other two companies I had quote the job, Geno climbed up on the roof and got nose to nose with the chimney. He gave us detailed analysis and close up pictures of the wear and damage. He then provided a complete and professional bid that explained all work and costs. His crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job! They stopped to consult with me on some of the cosmetic details, and went above and beyond when they found additional damaged bricks, (at no additional cost). They were finished that day, and cleaned up all construction debris. Excellent experience all the way around. Thank you Geno and Brick Heads!! John from Rochester

  The owner of this company was the last person on the job, and there was rain in the forecast that evening. Shortly after he left it sprinkled which caused my new cement to have a polka-dotted appearance. This made my porch look more like old beat-up worn cement than new cement. But I've been in contact with the owner, and am hopeful the appearance will be fixed so that I can increase the star rating for this review.

  So glad we went with Brickheads! Working with Geno and his team was a breeze. They were quick to come for a quote, gave us several options, and got us in faster than promised! The team was wonderful, and left the space so clean ! Great work :)

  They did a great job. Gino was awesome explaining and giving different options. Guys who executed the job were nice and professional. We are very happy with the job they have done.

  Geno and his team did a great job. He takes pride in earning trust through honest communication and quality results. Our projects included brick paver restoration, walkway replacement and lakefront stair removal and installation. Their workmanship is top notch and everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Special thanks to Pablo and Jose for working closely with us on the job.
