Oasis Heating & Cooling were able to come out in a few hours. The technician was easy to get along with. Also informative and quick. He arrived 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. That to me is on time, I prefer to be early rather than late. It only took 10 minutes for him to install the inducer motor. But as he went to pick it up. I saw on Amazon I could have bought one for around $300. It was super easy to install. Basically like a plug and play system, with a hose clamp and a few mounting bolts. So I am not happy at all, being charged $753. While he was in his truck calling around for the part. I seriously thought about telling him not to fix it. That I would just do it myself. I told him what I thought it was, when he arrived. He confirmed my thoughts. But I do think they were WAY overpriced. I didn’t want to be a jerk and tell him not to fix it. But on the other hand. They had no problem overcharging me.
