  Before closing on a home sale, I had a furnace that kept cycling on and off. Sean diagnosed the problem right away and made the adjustments needed to stop it from overheating and shutting down. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and reliable—I highly recommend his services.

  Other larger repair facilities couldn’t schedule me for a week or several weeks out. I told them all I did not have any heat at the moment. Oasis Heating & Cooling were able to come out in a few hours. The technician was easy to get along with. Also informative and quick. He arrived 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. That to me is on time, I prefer to be early rather than late. It only took 10 minutes for him to install the inducer motor. But as he went to pick it up. I saw on Amazon I could have bought one for around $300. It was super easy to install. Basically like a plug and play system, with a hose clamp and a few mounting bolts. So I am not happy at all, being charged $753. While he was in his truck calling around for the part. I seriously thought about telling him not to fix it. That I would just do it myself. I told him what I thought it was, when he arrived. He confirmed my thoughts. But I do think they were WAY overpriced. I didn’t want to be a jerk and tell him not to fix it. But on the other hand. They had no problem overcharging me.
