- TMThomas MuhrDec 26, 20255.0I had an issue with my sub pump. I called and they came out within the day and replaced it. Respectful, clean, and good communication. Plumbing is expensive but price was fair IMO. Would use service again.
- MSMick StahlbergJan 24, 20251.0I had an incredibly disappointing experience with City Plumbing and HVAC. They charged us $600 and did virtually nothing to address our boiler issue. Despite having photos, videos, and opinions from two other plumbers confirming the leak, the tech refused to act because the leak wasn’t happening at that moment. Instead, they wasted time changing a valve unnecessarily, racking up pointless charges while offering no diagnosis, peace of mind, or actionable next steps. Now, we’re spending $24,000 to replace our boiler with a different company solely because of this experience. City Plumbing’s lack of professionalism and transparency was a slap in the face. I’ll actively discourage anyone from using their services, even for something as simple as unclogging a toilet.
