It is a complete unit, heat and A/C "Magic Pack" these units are found in many condos and apartments everywhere in the country. In short the unit was replaced, the next day! The crew they sent out was fast, clean and very professional. If you need HAVAC service, replacement, etc. call Mr. Furnace. They are top notch, you will be happy with the services, pricing that they provide. I made a good choice contracting this company for my issues.

I searched for companies and just started dialing them one by one hoping someone would answer or at least call me back. My house was getting colder by the second and I was worried about my family. Within 10 minutes of my call to Mr. Furnace, I recieved a call back, and even with the 4 inches of snow that came down overnight Leo was at my home in about an hour, and even though it was an emergency service call, they didn't take advantage of me, and overcharge me. I really can't Thank them enough for all they did to keep my family warm. If you're in need of a good HVAC company, don't hesitate to call Mr. Furnace.

- AMAnn MatDec 17, 20255.0I am so sorry but this review is three weeks overdue. After the initial evaluation a new furnace was needed at our daughter' s home in Eastpointe, Mich. Servicemen Julian and Chad came out and did an excellent job isolating and diagnosis the problem. They trouble shooted the entire system, the gas lines, inside and outside the home, in and out of the attic. You name it they did it. Since this furnace was a very old model they spent multiple trips to locate what was needed to solve the issue. I was very impressed of the knowledge, technique and understanding these young men have about the HVAC system. It took a subsequent visit to the home to complete the job. Another gentleman came at this visit. I am sorry I don't recall his name maybe Matt. This man was also and expert and worked along with the two younger guys. Julian and Chad and the other gentleman were the best example of team work I have seen in a very long time. Working together so patiently, communicating step by step as they went along. Julian and Chad did a wonderful job installing the new furnace. All three gentlemen were outstanding and my family and I want to say THANK YOU for your OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Matthews
