  This was a recall for less than 24 hrs after having drain snaked & today our technician was Chase & he was exceptional! Job was done efficiently & he was very competent,informative & friendly.

  I cannot praise Gill plumbing enough. Erica went out of her way to get my problem taken care of at the end of the workday. My technician Dave Bombery was fantastic. He had a great positive attitude at the end of the day. He was knowledgable and took care of the problem quite fast. Gill Plumbing treats you like family. I highly recommend their services.

  Marcus was fine, the price was NOT!!!! $995 for a kitchen faucet 😳 or $350 to install 1 that I purchased! SMH!!! $89 house call… 10 minutes 🤬🤬🤬🤬I did NOT have them do the job!!! *BEWARE* Ck pricing on the phone before you get smacked with the $89 fee

  Unfortunately the guy that came out was terrified if dogs and even though I kenneled the dogs for their safety and his he was still not good with them because he thought they would get out. Not happy that ge called my local animal control fir a wellness check wasting the officers time because he was satisfied the animals are all well cared for. After that being done I have to say I would now not recommend that service tech. And due to this happening I will be finding alternative services for plumbing and geating/cooling.

  First I have to say the technician sent to my home was excellent, he gets 5 stars in every category;HOWEVER, the lady that took my call cleary she didn’t know anything about plumbing. And refused to let me talk to anybody knowledgeable about plumbing. So my day and the technicians time were wasted because the entire conversation with her making blind and ignorant promises that were never delivered was a complete waste. Regardless if it was done on purpose or not what I received was a bait and switch. Exactly what I asked her repeatedly was NOT going to happen, happened when I talked to a knowledgeable person. Just because you can answer a phone doesn’t mean you are capable to do the job. Maybe hire someone that knows something about the service they sell this service would have been a 30 second call to a knowledgeable plumber and he would know what needs to be done and give a correct quote, but you make promises you won’t keep to get the guy to the house then change the plan and just bad business.
