  This dude did a killer job on my hardwood floors a few years back. My dad recommended him , he also did a great job on my dad’s floors.

  Hardly have I ever had a more unprofessional encounter with a contractor. He rescheduled multiple times, and when he did show up, he cursed multiple times audibly under his breath, and was insulting toward me, the floor that he would have been refinishing, and the person that originally installed the floor. He also was lacking in product knowledge compared to the other contractors I interviewed. He was not familiar with the differences in finishes I asked him about and he kept suggesting a stain color that was totally different from what we were trying to match. It was so awkward and over the top, I felt like I was on Candid Camera. I couldn't wait for him to leave my house. If this gentleman acts like this regularly, it's a wonder he has any business.
