    I recently had Scott from Edwards Plumbing & Heating out to clean a drain, and he did an outstanding job. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The work was done efficiently, and he made sure everything was flowing perfectly before he left. It’s great to find someone so knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend Scott and Edwards Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing needs!

    Very unprofessional. Without kitchen sink for 2 days, resolved to hire a professional to snake the drain. Before the First appointment I was called and told to reschedule by James, which I did for 7:30p the next day as I work late as a nurse. Received a call at 4:45p day of 7:30p appointment with Brendan saying he’s on the way, ugh. Brendan came after 8pm and said he didn’t want to snake because upgrades needed to be done. Agreed to estimate, scheduled the next day (today) at 6pm. It’s 8:10pm and no Brendan. No phone call. Getting a good tradesman who is honest, dependable and responsible these days is a horrible task. Sooooooo disappointed. Save your time and money, call a different plumber.

    I previously posted a review of this company out of anger and frustration and with poor taste said things that were completely out of my character. Reading the response to my review called for a bit of self assessment and like I'd like to apologize to this company and anyone that may have been hurt by the things I said. I reached out in desperation to multiple HVAC companies via Google. Edwards was, by far, the most forward, responsive and informative with the services they provide and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My furnace went out and we're currently riding it out through cold temperatures. I had an appointment to have the furnace assessed on a Saturday between 10am and 12pm. Due to very unfortunate circumstances the technician was unable to make it to the appointment. The company called around 4:30pm and attempted to reschedule but I had no time over the next several days to be home and present for service. Edwards seems to be an incredible, considerate company and I will recommend them to family and friends. Again, to Edward's and their employees, i apologize for my previous review. I have no excuse and there is no excuse for the poor comments I made. I hope you all can forgive me and we all can move forward. To your technician, Im sorry for your loss and wish you the best in this time of grief and healing.

    Terrible experience and didn't even get to the point of doing any work. Over reliant on AI and bots for all their communication. Never got a call from the same phone number twice, and since it was unrecognized I let it go to voicemail. They sent a passive agressive text message about how busy they were and me being unreachable, despite me having to call them to ask when the tech was going to show up. Tech showed up and didn't even know what he was scheduled to come out for, and then proceeded to contradict the conversation I'd had that led to the appointment to begin with. Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service.

    My kitchen drain backed up into my laundry tub and I messaged this company for a plumber to come out. My appointment was scheduled for the next day between 2 and 4 pm. I left my day job early to ensure I would be here when the tech arrived. 430 comes around and nothing. No phone call no text. So I message the number that the tech wasn't here and I was going to be late for my 2nd job. They apologized and said the tech was running late and I was next in line. A phone call or something would have been nice to let me know so I could make arrangements with my other job. 2 hours later I get a call that he's on his way. I had already had to call off at my 2nd job waiting for someone. I'm calling another company that's more professional, punctual and has the courtesy to make a phone call
