- MLMee LeeFeb 18, 20265.0Kory came out to the home a couple of hours after my initial call to Edwards Plumbing. He was kind and well spoken. He got to working fast. He used the drainer cleaner and although that helped, when the bath tub didn’t drain as fast as he liked, he offered additional procedures to perform such as snaking the drain. He gave us quotes to make sure we were comfortable with proceeding first. Before snaking, he stopped to check the drain stopper, recalibrated the weight and voila, that actually fixed the problem! No snaking which saved us time and 💰! We can finally get back to taking regular showers without water pooling at our ankles. Greatly appreciate his efficient work! Will definitely be contacting him again if any problems arises in the future 😊😊

I am now sitting with another leak and water is off and called at nite to say they won't be here til tomorrow. Just fyi - save yourself from this hassle.

- SLSela LongfellowFeb 1, 20265.0Alonzo was our technician and he was very informative and super nice during the visit. Our water heater was leaking from the top and soaked under our trailer. I originally had the last company called to come service it but they left me in the wind for over an hour before I found this company. Alonzo let us know exactly what was happening and that the only true solution was to look into getting a whole new tank and we were lucky to get this far with the one we have (original to when we bought the trailer) these guys are now saved in my list for how quick they could come out, how nice their technicians are and how wallet friendly they are as well!

Received another call before the tech was dispatched and again was given a spot on expected time frame. When our tech Kamryn arrived he was very friendly and explained everything very throughly. If I need a plumber in the future I’ll definitely be calling back!
