  I had a bit of an emergency when my bathroom pipe busted and luckily for me in my scrambling to find a plumber I got EPH and they sent Brendan Kline out. He was very nice and even tightened up a bolt on my toilet. I have saved his name to request again if I need anything in the future.

  Our 6 year old flushed wipes. What a mess!!!! JP was our technician and he was amazing. It was a hard job and he had trouble accessing the trap to clear it, but instead of throwing up his hands and going for the high-priced repair or replacing the trap, he spent more than 2 hours working on it and was able to clear the trap without further repair. He communicated with us and was very polite. We appreciate his hard work more than he could know!!!

  We appreciated the honesty professionalism courtesy and attention to detail. Nathan, explain the process and findings. We were happy with the service provided and we'll continue to use edwards, plumbing and heating.

  I called on a Saturday at 7 p.m. to request emergency hvac technician to come fix my heat as it was completely out of commission. Initially the person who answered said they didnt have emergency on call technicians. They then called me back at 7:30 saying they apologized for confusion they do have a tech, and he was on his way. 9:30 p.m. rolls around and not a word from anyone on an eta. I then get a call at 9:45 p.m. stating the tech was in the hospital and wasnt coming but another techwould be out first thing 8 a.m. sunday morning. Its currently 8:40 a.m. still havent heard a word. I ended up fixing it myself, and saved my self the time money and headache of being a patron of this company. Would say i dont recommend them but i have no clue how well of a job they do as they never bothered to show up.

Of course, no project is ever absolutely perfect—there were a few moments where scheduling required some flexibility—but that’s part of working with real people who are balancing multiple jobs and responsibilities. The important thing is that the team stayed committed and delivered quality results in the end.
