  From the first contact everyone was helpful and knowledgeable.. They allowed my husband and I time to look at the various carpet swatches without pressure. My husband now walks on the carpet in the lower level and says it feels like a cloud. We really appreciate the installers as well. They were diligent making sure everything was correct. Thank you for a job well done. The carpet is beautiful!

  Our carpet installation went very smoothly. Workers showed up on time, worked very hard, moved furniture back to proper places and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and finished the job in a very timely manner.

  Great experience all around! Tom and the crews at perfect floors did a great job at my house. All new solid hardwood floors on the main level and new carpet upstairs, I could not be happier. Highly recommend staying local and working with people who know their trade like the folks at Perfect Floors

  They did a great job and customer service was first rate, too. We were in a bit of a time crunch and Greg pulled the installation into just a few days away. The crew that came in was professional, polite, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. The scope of the job was to carpet two rooms. The work crew showed up on time and completed the work in 4-1/2 hours. At the initial meeting, we told Greg what we wanted to accomplish and he gave good recommendations.

  The entire experience was great. Store personnel was friendly and knowledgeable and very low pressure. The measurement crew was very thorough and personable. The installer was on time and , even though his work mate was not present, he worked the entire day to complete the installation himself. He cleaned up after himself and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Floors to friends/family. Thanks guys!
