  Excellent experience having used them twice. The first was for the purchase and installation of hardwood floors for my bedroom, foyer, hallway, closet and study. The second was for the same hardwood flooring a couple years later in my kitchen and laundry room. The experience was great both times. I worked with Tom Williams to choose the hardwood flooring and Darren was the installer on both occasions. He did a great job taking his time to ensure the flooring was installed with high-quality. He carefully installed the kitchen flooring meshing it with the same existing hardwood in the hallway so it’s all one level and it looks like it was all put in at the same time even though it was a couple years apart. when he took the washer and dryer out of the laundry room he told me that the laundry hoses were older and recommended they be replaced. He also noticed that the water shut off valves in the laundry room didn’t shut off all the way and there was a small drip. He went into my garage and found a bucket to place underneath and alerted me right away so I could call the plumber. Overall I’m extremely happy with the product I purchased, the installation, and my overall experience.

  Our entire experience with Perfect Floors was great. From scheduling, quoting and re-quoting when we changed our carpeting type. The installation crew was a couple of pleasant and polite young men that removed and installed carpeting in 4.5 bedrooms, a hallway and 2 stairways. Everything looks great! I highly recommend Perfect Floors.

  From the first contact everyone was helpful and knowledgeable.. They allowed my husband and I time to look at the various carpet swatches without pressure. My husband now walks on the carpet in the lower level and says it feels like a cloud. We really appreciate the installers as well. They were diligent making sure everything was correct. Thank you for a job well done. The carpet is beautiful!

  Our carpet installation went very smoothly. Workers showed up on time, worked very hard, moved furniture back to proper places and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and finished the job in a very timely manner.
