To be fair, there may have been a little miscommunication, but still, it definitely got my attention. That’s when I called Advanced. Spencer came out, took one look at the system, and quickly realized the problem wasn’t catastrophic at all — the power had simply been disconnected. (Apparently, my H2O system just needed a nap.) He plugged it into a different outlet, showed me how to use it properly, and charged me a very reasonable $150 for the service call. The best part? He even gave me a polite “check the power next time” lesson — which I’ll now never forget. I honestly can’t give them high enough praise. Honest, professional, and refreshingly straightforward. I highly recommend them — especially if you like saving $2,650 and a bit of pride.
