  Mike was very courteous and professional. He explained how he was installing the system, how it operated and any necessary maintenance when and if needed. He did thorough work and it was a very good experience. Hopefully the system will successfully address our water issues.

  Brion Perry with Advanced Water Treatment is so knowledgeable and professional, he has a calm and logical approach to the solution he designs for your household and explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. One thing that stands out to me in a big way is, how patient he was with me. I ask a lot of questions because I love to learn about everything and especially wanted to be involved in the process (not to be confused with micromanaging.) Brion patiently fielded all questions and calls and made me feel exceptionally good about the solution we applied for our hard municipal water. Mike Martin, our installer, equally proficient and knowledgable, gave me a great rundown and walked the job with me mapping out where everything was going to run while I shared some details about our future plans for a finished basement. I was so enthusiast about this install and soaked in as much information as Mike would share to help me maximize the functionality of our softener. Mike provided a very professional install with high level attention to details and service. We're so glad we went with Advanced Water Treatment, and so will you!

  Mike did a fantastic job. He explained the process before he installed it and everything went smoothly. He was even able to identify a potential water leak that he was able to fix. Very happy with the results.

  I had a great experience with Advanced Water Treatment & Spencer. I had a leak with a 7-yr softener system and ongoing issues with the hot water tank. Spencer did a great job in diagnosing both. The water softener issue was minor ( just tightening of a few connections). The salt from the softener was impacting the hot water tank by eroding the anode rode that protects the tank. He jnstalled a rod that wouldn’t corrode or not so rapidly.. He also installed a whole house filter to better manage the incoming supply from sediment. Spence did a great job in explaining things and not just trying to sell equipment, thanks!

  They over charge for their services!!!! they charged me 551$$ for an annual filter change and will not sell me any of the filters. They try to b professional and kind til ur a customer and then they turn on u and r not accommodating.
