They need to work on that. And no this isn’t the first time this has happened. They did it to me at another store recently. It doesn’t seem organized when they can’t answer simple questions. Then seem to be typing endlessly on the computer. It’s like. Hey all I need is a quick price. Not asking for algorithms
- LLLenoJun 19, 20241.0I placed order for materials to build 14' x 16' Pergola. Salesperson-Adam was very helpful and polite ordered materials was dropped off this AM, went to stack near build site 2 of the 4x6 4 posts are crooked , couple 2x6boards full of knots and holes through the boards, and 2x4 split completely in two pieces . Called asked about replacements only thing they could offer is next Monday. Seriously I thought by ordering from a "Lumber Yard" I would have received better, straight , non cracked, busted up lumber than ordering from Big Box stores. Obviously BFS doesn't take pride in the lumber they sell nor do they care about the customer satisfaction. I will never recommend or purchase from your store again. Better actually look at lumber you're going to get then to trust the yard guys pulling materials obviously their yard rules must be send what ever we have.
