  We were having problems with temp regulation between floors and knew our ac unit was going down. Barry came to our house and did an excellent job explaining the problems and how Bremer & Bouman could fix it. We did have multiple companies come out to quote us but ended up going with Bremer & Bouman because of Barrys plan/knowledge of our issues. We’ve had the new units since July and have encountered some issues with furnace. The company has been quick to step in and fix them. Overall, we have been so pleased with Bremer & Bouman and would highly recommend them to others.

  Bremer and Bouman were amazing! They were able to get out to my house super quick, fix my issues and even helped me install a new thermostat! The technician that came out was super knowledgeable and explained all the things they did. Highly recommend this company!

  During a polar vortex my furnace stopped working. After calling about 15 places. I found only 1 in my area that would even service fuel oil furnaces. They couldn't even give me a time a tech would call me back. That's when Bremer & Bouman saved the day. Their was a tech already close by and was told he could be here in 20 minutes. He fixed my furnace in no time. I was so thankful as it was already down to 42 degrees in my house. I highly recommend calling them next time your in need of heating or cooling services.

  We were so happy that our tech came prepared to diagnose the problem and did so quickly. As our issue had a safety component he was careful to test the air in the home to make sure it was ok to remain inside. Once they had installed the new part, without us having to ask, they checked to see if the old one was still under warranty. It was! We were so thankful to only have to pay for labor- on an expensive repair this made a huge difference and was truly above and beyond.

  After my panic call about having no heat in my bunkhouse during our extremely cold weather, David was very understanding and was quick to send a technician within 2 days. I needed a new part for the furnace and a reliable thermostat but before leaving, the technician fixed the issues so I had reliable heat until his return with the new parts needed. Extremely pleased with the service and cost involved.
