  Honestly, I could write a long review here. I’m not going to do that. Stanley came out, was honest, personable, and reasonable. Half of the reason we picked them was we felt we could trust Stanley and the work he would stand behind. We had a minor little thing, Stanley had his team out next day to make the adjustment. If we have another roofing need, we will definitively be calling them back out.

  Stan was amazing, I had some plumbing problems fixed and they said to have the roof people to come back and make sure everything was still sealed. Stan put my roof on a few years ago and I texted him to check it out. He went right out and made sure everything was sealed up go. Even took a branch off my roof and fixed a piece of siding at no cost. And I tell you being a widow I can’t think him enough for this help.

  I have had diversified roofing out to my house several times since around 2012. I actually had them replace my roof around 2017. Recently my wife and I have noticed a weird dripping sound when it rains. Stan came out to check and it was my cap on my chimney. It was rusted and leaking at the seems or where the two pieces met. Stan took pictures of the issue along with some trim issues on the chimney as well. He also caulked where seems where leaking. He told me it was a temporary fix and gave me a contact to Dr. Flue for me to call and have the two piece cap replaced with a one piece cap. Stan would not take any money from me. Diversified has my gratitude and loyalty for their quality work and customer service! Thank you!

  My experience with Diversifed Roofing has been outstanding from the start. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They showed up on time, kept the worksite clean, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The quality of the work exceeded expectations—  the roof looks fantastic and was completed efficiently without cutting corners.  They did an especially superb job with skylight replacement and leakage prevention (which the previous roofer was unable to resolve, resulting in several ceiling leaks). Diversified has an excellent warranty and is great about responding to service needs; e.g., the masonry on my chimney is crumbling and they came out promptly after a recent heavy rain. Photos showed that leak damage was caused by crumbling bricks, and they referred me to a mason who could do the repair work (which was tremendously helpful).  It’s rare to find a company that combines craftsmanship, reliability, and genuine customer care so well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch roofing work!

  I observed minor water damage on my ceiling. Given their excellent work addressing wind damage to my roof in 2019, I opted to engage their services again. Upon contacting the office, I was informed that a return call would occur within 24 to 48 hours. Stanley, the owner, promptly returned my call the same day and scheduled a visit for the following day, which is today, to assess the situation. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided thorough information. He inspected the interior water damage and then, utilizing a ladder, ascended to the roof in the rain. He applied a roofing caulk to several problematic areas, expressing confidence that this would resolve the leak. This service was provided at no charge. Furthermore, he supplied a comprehensive packet and a verbal explanation detailing a long-term solution.
