I was not told our location was out of range and did not realize I was being charged an extra $25 until the bill was broken down. I called the office this morning to inquire and the secretary was rude and not willing to do anything to make it right. I said we are a long time customer that is now leaving, isn’t there a way to try to make this right. She said she supposed she could tell future customers about the fee and then said bye. I guess they really don’t care.

The sink installation was fine, but the toilet issue was never resolved. The technician completed the repair, yet the leak continued, and I had to schedule a second visit. I was then charged an additional $139 for parts and labor on top of the original $339 invoice. For something as basic as a leaking toilet, I expect the issue to be fixed the first time, especially from a company that promotes a satisfaction guarantee. The way this situation was handled felt disappointing and unprofessional, particularly as a landlord trying to maintain reliable service for my property. Issues was fixed ultimately but based on my experience, I would not recommend Nelson Brothers Plumbing for business or rental properties. Save your time and money and choose a provider that stands behind their work.
