- SFStaci ForrerApr 20, 20231.0We made an excavator rental reservation 2 weeks prior to delivery. My husband had to travel 3,000 miles to do this project and needed an excavator. They sent an email prior to delivery early in the morning (no call) that they tried to charge our credit card for the rest of the amount and it came back as “suspected fraud”. I quickly sorted this out with the credit card company. In that timeframe (same morning) they rented the equipment to someone else, canceling our reservation right before we needed it and said they didn’t have anything else available.
